    • What payment methods do you accept?

      For your convenience we accept multiple payment methods – bank transfer, credit card payments and stablecoin transfers.

    • My KYC/KYB has been rejected? What to do?

      Several factors could contribute to your failure to pass the identity check, including inappropriate document uploads, low-quality photos, inconsistencies between the document photo and selfie, document forgery, or a detected criminal record, among other reasons.

       

      If your KYC (Know Your Customer) process was rejected, we recommend attempting the verification again later with a different document. Ensure that the document photo is of high quality (preferably a photo, not a scan) and clearly displays all corners.

      Due to nature of investment offering being an SPV (Special purpose vehicle) a company is made for purpose specifically holding the asset, investors buy shares of the company that hold the asset, effectively becoming a shareholders and being protected by Latvian and European Union financial securities laws.
